Fast variant diversity in collection development with FIGURA 3D: an international clothing manufacturing company optimizes its collection development using an individual 3D avatar of the house model. The model was scanned and a 3D avatar created based on the scan. The 3D model can also be integrated into 3D visualizing systems, e.g. VIDYA by Assyst, and into the cut design program by S. Oliver. The collection development profits from faster and more seamless processes, and items of clothing and drafts can be tested as digital designs on the virtual model.
