The future of customized clothing is here and now
With RETAILOR you can offer your customers customized menswear and ladies' wear from renowned manufacturers, exact body measurement, computer-supported product selection and automated order dispatch.
- Taking of measurements: at the retailer's, up to 75 different dimensions of the customer are automatically acquired by means of a body scanner (this number depends of course on the system being used and the collections available). Then customer and sales person configure the item of clothing together at the PC. Depending on the collection, more than 1,000 fabrics can be combined with one another in all conceivable variations.
- Ordering: the sales person subsequently transmits the ordering and measurement data directly to the manufacturer via the RETAILOR portal. At the same time, this data remains stored in the retailer's system - and can be retrieved at the touch of a button if a customer wants to order more garments. Customized clothing production with RETAILOR gives customers a whole new purchasing experience and intensifies customer bonding - because it means completely individualized, perfectly-fitting products.
Modules
Human Solutions offers two RETAILOR modules, which meet the requirements of any store environment:
- RETAILOR Shop Terminal - manual taking of measurements for slip-on sizes
- RETAILOR Shop 3D LC - taking of measurements with 3D Body Scanner VITUS Smart LC for slip-on sizes
All modules are designed to assist and improve the sale of menswear & ladies’ wear collections and are with supplied with PC, software and the relevant body scanner.
