XFIT ARMY enables the simple and exact estimation of the items of clothing required, making warehouse surpluses visible - and consequently avoidable. Thanks to the transition process, military personnel can now receive the right optimally-fitting uniforms in the right sizes - anywhere and at any time. Items of clothing in as many sizes and styles as possible need no longer be stored for the outfitting process - only what is actually needed. Re-ordering is supported by seamlessly transferring all data about issued amounts to standard ERP and warehouse storage programs – and XFIT ARMY is RFID label-ready for items of clothing with these labels.

Based on the acquired data, the central scan data server enables a significant improvement in cut designs and tables of sizes. The system also integrates the automated production of customized clothing into a seamless procurement chain.
