Human Solutions supports the setup of body dimension databases with software modules for measurement, analysis and integration into production processes.

Surveys and measurement

• Automated body measurement and dimension extraction: Human Solutions' professional expertise and powerful ANTHROSCAN solution modules provide invaluable support for individual serial measurement programs and anthropometric study projects. The intelligent combination of software and 3D body scanners enables the fast and accurate acquisition of measurements and the combination of these with additional socio-demographic information.
• Marker analysis: The identification of specific skeleton points is especially important for achieving an objectively correct fit during the taking of measurements. These points are made visible with the help of markers and are then incorporated into the measurement process. This means that the skeletal feature points of rather corpulent subjects can also be acquired with the 3D Body Scanner.

Data management and analysis

Human Solutions creates an efficient anthropometrical database from existing or newly acquired data. Evaluation software also enables fit-relevant statistics analyses to be carried out. These include:

• determination of body (part) dimensions
• determination of body weight
• determination of body characterization indices, e. g. BMI (body mass index), adiposity (body composition) or WTH (waist to hip ratio)
• determination of body(part) volumes
• analysis of the physique models
• analysis of body dimensions
• correlation of body dimensions to one another and to garment sizes, market shares, etc.

The software modules are designed to be access-friendly - this enables company-specific user interfaces to be programmed or data to be integrated via open program interfaces.

A central scan database by Human Solutions enables the comprehensive analyses of body dimensions and sizes, used in combination with socio-demographic data:

• management of measured persons including descriptive attributes (e.g. age and gender)
• hosting of 3D survey/measurement scans 
• management and analysis of body dimensions
• management and analysis of articles of clothing including tables of sizes
• analysis of tables of sizes in relation to a scanned population or partial populations
