 RETAILOR is a model for success: More than 50 Shops of chain stores like Karstadt or individual retailers like the Weingarten Fashion House in Cologne, Engelhorn in Mannheim or Loden-Frey in Munich trust RETAILOR to keep them at the forefront of technology. Names like Odermark, Oktavia, van Laack, Scabal, Tailor Hoff, Rieder and Eduard Dressler stand for modern, top-of-the-range clothing - and the high quality collections of these manufacturers are integrated into RETAILOR.
At the retailer's, up to 75 different body measurements of the customer are automatically captured by means of a body scanner (this number depends of course on the system being used and the collections available). The customer and trained sales person then configure the required item of clothing together at the computer, using the data from the scanning process. Depending on the collection involved, more than 1000 fabrics can be combined with one another.
The sales person subsequently transmits the ordering and measurement data directly to the manufacturer via the RETAILOR portal. This data remains stored in the retailer's system - and can be retrieved at the touch of a button if a customer wishes to order more garments.
