Human Solutions: Two new employees and an internal personnel change. Three personnel changes in key positions.
19.12.2006Three key personnel changes have taken place at the Human Solutions Company Two new employees have been taken on board: Susanne Kiel reinforces the Partner Management Division as International Partner Manager. Michael van Genabith is now Managing Director of Human Solutions in North America and his predecessor, Dr. Jochen Balzulat, has returned to Germany after three and a half years in Detroit, USA as Business Field Manager for Body Scanning.
Fields of activity and short biographies:
As 3D Body Scanning Manager, Dr. Jochen Balzulat, 39 years old, now bears the responsibility for this Business Field. His tasks include the coordination of individual software solutions, from product conception to sales.
From the first of January 2003 until the present, he was responsible for the North American, South American and Australian markets as Managing Director of Human Solutions of North America. From the company HQ in Troy (near Detroit), he fostered customer care for ergonomics customers from the automotive industry – during his tenure, the Defense Logistics Agency and the US Army also became established XFIT ARMY customers. Before going to the USA, Dr. Jochen Balzulat had been working for the tecmath AG since 1999. In 2002, the Human Solutions Company was formed after splitting from tecmath.
Dr. Jochen Balzulat majored in Mechanical Engineering and achieved his doctorate in ergonomics at the Munich Technical University. He was offered the post of lecturer there and during that period participated in numerous industrial and research projects.
Michael van Genabith (42) is the new Managing Director of the Human Solutions Company of North America, in Troy, Michigan, USA. He leads an international team in the Human Solutions branch offices near the American automobile metropolis of Detroit and is responsible for the North American, South American and Australian markets.
Michael van Genabith has set himself a double objective: to continue the Human Solutions success story in the USA and gain new customers in neighboring countries.
After finishing secondary school, Mr. von Genabith completed officer training with the German Federal Army. He then majored in business education. With his studies completed, his first post was in merchandizing - his main customers here were NATO, the German federal Army and other large organizations.
As International Partner Manager, Susanne Kiel (40) is responsible for both the Human Solutions business fields of ergonomics and body scanning. Her tasks include the acquisition of partners worldwide, the expansion of the existing partner structure, the identification and evaluation of potential partners, the care of all existing international partners and the opening up of new markets.
Susanne Kiel has comprehensive experience in the setup and care of sales partnerships, the fostering of international business connections and the negotiation of licensing agreements. Her two previous professional positions in Germany were General Manager for Eastern Europe at the Vivendi Universal Germany GmbH in Langen and General Manager for Distribution at the CDV Software Entertainment AG, Karlsruhe.
