Two new employees join the team!

Human Solutions expands its XFIT ARMY Division. Personnel boost for XFIT ARMY: Dr. Michael Gnoth, International Sales and Ulrike Lippolt, Project and Product Management

Kaiserslautern, 27. July 2005 – The Human Solutions Company, Kaiserslautern has appointed two new employees to intensify its XFIT ARMY Division drive - effective immediately, Dr. Michael Gnoth takes over the reins of International Sales for the Body Scanning (Industry) Division, while Ulrike Lippolt is now responsible for product and project management in the same division. XFIT ARMY is the worldwide leading solution for the outfitting of military personnel and state security forces. The customer list includes the German Federal Army and the US Army.

XFIT ARMY: Cost reduction in the outfitting of uniforms

In the past, a warehouse with uniform items in all existing sizes was necessary in order to outfit each military person suitably and completely. Now, with XFIT ARMY, only specific sizes are stored that will actually be needed later - this system enables all the sizes of future recruits to be exactly defined at muster.

In XFIT ARMY, Human Solutions has the worldwide leading CIRP (Clothing Issuing Resource Planning) concept for armed forces and state security forces. XFIT ARMY offers a comprehensive solution for the optimization of the armed forces outfitting process. Covering all procedures, from the automated acquisition of body sizes by means of a 3D body scanner to the computer-supported allocation of the best-fitting clothing for military personnel and security forces, XFIT ARMY is today being used successfully by the Danish armed forces, German Federal Army, Dutch Army, Swiss armed forces, US Army and the US Air Force, to mention but a few.

"We intend to further expand our market leadership in CIRP solutions", said Dr. Andreas Seidl, Managing Director of Human Solutions GmbH. "Until now, most of our customers have been European and North American. With Ulrike Lippolt and Dr. Michael Gnoth on our team, we’re going to extend our sales to other regions. At the same time, we'll be adapting our solution to better match the requirements of employers like police forces and fire services - because XFIT ARMY is suitable for all state-run organizations that have many uniformed employees - in spite of its name."

Responsibilities and short CV's:

Dr. Michael Gnoth (44) is responsible for international sales and consultancy in the integrated CIRP solutions/XFIT ARMY sector. He will focus his activities on cooperation between Human Solutions and the above-mentioned state organizations and on the expansion of customer relations in the garment logistics and anthropometry sectors. He will also concentrate on operation-relevant and function-specific customized clothing solutions in all sectors where work clothing is necessary.
