TEXPROCESS 2015: The Human Solutions Group will be there!
Hall 4.0, Booth C21
From 4 to 7 May 2015 in Frankfurt am Main, the Texprocess 2015 will see the Human Solutions Group present apparel industry innovations that will make work easier, simplify processes and reduce costs. This year the Group has booked an exhibition booth area of around 500 square meters.
Human Solutions, Assyst and AVM Solutions will present a 3D world of its latest developments in digitalization and the virtualization of worksteps in the apparel industry. “We want to show our visitors that much of the work that they do in 2D today can also be done in 3D, but with many more benefits”, says Dr. Andreas Seidl, Managing Director of the Human Solutions GmbH. The focus will be on three topics in the 3D world: “Design”, “Development” and “Distribution”.
3D changes the fashion world
“3D simplifies work processes enormously for every company in the apparel industry. It enables a virtual product development, one that simulates the human being, the cut and the fabric in extremely high quality”, says Dr. Seidl. “The cut quality is exact and the fabric display is totally realistic when the parameters are known. 3D prototypes can also make the creation of several samples unnecessary – and this is just one of the factors that make significant time savings possible.”
The acquisition of body dimension data will also be possible –with the new 3D-color scanner VITUSbodyscan that Human Solutions is to present for the first time at the Texprocess.
One process: Continuity, that's the program
“One process for fashion” – that is Human Solutions Group’s second big topic at the fair. The company will present technological solutions that can be used for design, conception, product development and retail throughout the entire process chain of the apparel industry. Feasibility studies have shown that the benefits of the optimally matched solutions of the Human Solutions Group enable earlier delivery of up to eight weeks. The 3D data is integrated into development, manufacturing and marketing via the management systems of Assyst and AVM. “At the Texprocess, we want to introduce our IT solutions for the entire process chain of the apparel industry and demonstrate the perfect interplay of the different components that reduces costs significantly”, says Dr. Seidl.
Apps &Cloud: All data available – anywhere and at anytime
Visitors can see the IT solutions by Human Solutions in action on more than 30 working sites. They can also try out brand-new apps and test the Fashion Cloud GoLive, which is fully tailored to the needs of the apparel industry. The Cloud is particularly useful for companies that have a decentralized structure, because vital information is always available for all those who need it, regardless of location. Data, functions and software functionality are provided centrally, depending on the task. Productivity increases at each site and IT costs can be reduced at the same time. The Cloud can be used for real time access to cutting data and synchronizing the data from local CAD systems, PLM, piece placement, file conversion, order optimization and size & fit optimization as software services, automated data synchronization between PLM, ERP and mobile sales software, etc. etc.
