Whistleblowing

The whistleblower system of Humanetics Digital Europe GmbH is responsible for information about specific or possible legal violations by employees within the group. If there is concrete evidence of rule violations, business partners, customers or other third parties also have the opportunity to submit reports around the clock via various reporting channels. In this way, risks can be identified and addressed at an early stage and, if necessary, appropriate remedial action can be taken.

Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are our top priority. If desired, information can also be provided anonymously. It is our group-wide approach not to take any steps to determine their identity if a whistleblower reports anonymously.

Humanetics Digital Europe GmbH employees and external whistleblowers can always contact their managers or management with their concerns. In addition, Humanetics Digital Europe GmbH has set up an external reporting structure to report information about possible compliance violations.

The reporting office is managed as an independent entity by Nextwork in accordance with the legal requirements of the HinSchG (German Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz), e.g. confidentiality, confidentiality and expertise.
